At some point in life, we all face  mental health struggles, emotional upset, persistent or recurrent physical issues and feeling like we're 'stuck.'


It is a fact that our mind and body may not function as we want and our life is not what we desire.  These issues can arise at any age, and it's vital to know where to turn to for help.


I work with individuals, businesses, and educational institutions to provide the necessary knowledge, support and tools to overcome these challenges.


I believe in empowering individuals of all ages, be it in their personal life, professional life or in their education, to heal, to stay healthy and resilient, to create a brighter now and a fulfilling future.


Further more I offer supervision sessions for colleagues working in wellbeing, whether you are a psychotherapist, health coach or well-being expert, for example.

I've got over 14 years of experience as a doctor in the NHS and have witnessed first-hand its limitations supporting people of all ages in need of help, especially with their mental wellbeing and emotional wellness. 


I'm committed to promoting optimal health and wellbeing through modern, evidence-based approaches that address the root causes of issues to achieve sustainable change. 

 

I can help individuals access a side of themselves they don't even realise exists and I am  passionate about showing others how to fulfil their goals and unlock the tools inside of themselves to be extraordinary.


And the most interesting bit? I do it using science.

About Me

I qualified as a medical doctor in 2007, working in various areas of medicine and then became a GP in 2012, a role I worked in for over a decade. I am now dedicated to helping people through MBE Wellness, full  time, no longer working as a registered doctor.


During my medical career  I met thousands of patients struggling with daily existence, who felt unfulfilled, who kept on making the same 'mistakes' and felt helpless.


Myself included, as someone who is in recovery from addiction.


Having witnessed this for years I decided there has got to be more to life than just survival. So, I chose to devote my time to studying and practicing a holistic mind, body and emotional approach.


I combine my expertise in medicine, physics, psychology, biology and philosophy to help others heal, experience true wellness and discover their full exceptional potential.

I also use said knowledge and expertise in conjunction with experience in teaching and mentoring to help those working in the well-being profession look after themselves and continue to work with their clients in the best way possible.

How it works

Treatment philosophy

Every human being is unique, and  I respect and reflect that in the bespoke holistic journey we'll go on together. 


I will explain how your mind, thoughts, body and emotions work in unison and how this relates to your current circumstances, whether it's physical, mental or emotional.


We can then explore together how to address each issue, which techniques to use and how they will work to heal you.


I also  facilitate seminars and workshops that are ideal for groups of employees and employers to help each individual reach their potential, find emotional wellness and in doing so help companies to reach their goals.


And essentially I provide talks and workshops to educational institutions with the aim of helping students, and teachers, be that in a primary school,  secondary school, college or university setting. The importance of this key demographic cannot be overstated.

Treatment techniques

Knowledge and education themselves are immensely powerful tools, in addition to:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)- Challenge your thoughts, beliefs and emotions to alter your patterns of behaviour.


  • Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) - Reshape your reality and reframe the way you think to reach yours goals  and your potential.


  • Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - Process traumatic memories and past experiences to gain physical, mental and emotional relief.


  • Emotional intelligence training  - Think EQ not IQ. Learn how to manage and use your emotions to succeed.  Respond, don't react.


  • Meditation - Learn how to become no one, nowhere and in no time to access the endless future potentials that already exist for you.


  • Mindfulness - Learn how to let go of stress and pain, accepting what is in the present moment as a foundation to move forward.


  • Breathing techniques - Learn how to engage with your unconscious nervous system to stay calm, focused and make better decisions.


  • Emotional freedom technique (EFT) - Use easily accessible acupuncture points  and affirmations to overcome pain, be it physical or emotional.


  • Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) - Acquire the skills to manage intense, difficult emotions. Everyone can benefit from DBT as we all experience challenging emotions.

Diplomas in - Neuro and behavioural psychology, Neuroplasticity, Emotional intelligence, Epigenetics, Quantum physics (very relevant I assure you), Metaphysics, NLP, EMDR, EFT, DBT, Meditation, Mindfulness and Holism.
